Climatic chamber

Merak possesses a modern climatic chamber where the capacity of the HVAC units is checked and all kinds of tests related to the cooling circuit are done.

The units can be tested in temperatures ranging from -50 to 60 degrees celsius, and it is also possible to do tests under different types of extreme conditions like snow.

Electronics and mechanical tests

In our electrics and electronics test laboratory all necessary tests can be carried out with modern equipment.

The mechanical laboratory complements the installations to assure the correct performance of the units manufactured in Merak.

Noise and vibration tests

With special setups individual to each project, noise and vibration testing is carried out according to International Standards based on latest sound pressure and sound power techniques, thus ensuring quiet units.

Merak has the latest analysis tools for the elaboration of noise and vibration studies.
